Understanding Your EchoSuite AI Credit Usage

How Credits Work in EchoSuite AI

EchoSuite AI operates on a flexible credit system to align with the varying computational resources required for different content types. Instead of confusing feature gates, your plan provides a pool of credits, and you choose how to spend them.

Credit Costs Explained:

  • Text Content (Social, Blog, Scripts): Charged based on the *length* of the generated output. Longer content consumes more credits. We use a characters-per-credit model with a small minimum charge per generation. (e.g., ~500 chars/credit, Min 1 credit).
  • AI Voiceover: Similar to text, cost is based on the number of characters synthesized, with a minimum charge.
  • AI Video Generation: This is typically the most credit-intensive. Cost is based on the estimated *duration* of the final video (calculated from script length) and may vary slightly depending on the type of avatar used (motion vs. still photo). There's also a minimum video cost.

Maximizing Your Value

You can view estimated costs before generating content on the creation page. To maximize your credits:

  • Generate shorter text snippets for social media more frequently.
  • Plan longer content like blog posts and video scripts carefully.
  • Utilize the editing tools to refine AI output rather than regenerating large pieces multiple times.
  • Monitor your usage via the Dashboard and Billing section in Settings.

Check the Pricing page or your Settings for the specific rates and minimums associated with your current plan.
